At Spiritually Roasted, every bag of coffee is hand-roasted with intention, care, and love to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@spirituallyroasted.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly replace or refund the product to make things right.
Returns on Unopened Bags
Unopened bags of coffee may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original, sealed condition. A refund or store credit will be issued once the product is received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Subscription & Special Orders
All subscription orders, custom blends, or limited edition releases are final sale due to their made-to-order nature.
